Outdoor Retailer Bass Pro Shops Is Buying Cabela's For $5.5 Billion

Hunting and fishing giant Bass Pro Shops is acquiring its outdoor gear competitor Cabela's in an all-cash deal valued at $5.5 billion, the companies said on Monday.
